This unique villa with infinity pool is first line to the beach of Cotobro, Almuñécar. It is located in a quiet residential area between Almuñécar and Punta de la Mona, La Herradura, yet restaurant, supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. From the villa, there is direct access to one of the most well-known beaches of the Costa Tropical, called Playa de Cotobro. From this beach, there is a pedestrian path that leads to the virgin cove of Playa del Muerto and to the leisure harbour of Marina del Este in La Herradura. The old town and the main beach of Almuñécar are also within walking distance. The location is absolutely amazing!
The house is called “La Torre” because it has a very characteristic façade that reminds a tower. The main house has 3 floors plus a turret and comprises 4 bedrooms. Moreover, there are 2 additional guest annexes, one below the main house and the other one below the pool terrace. You will have plenty of space for family and friends! The house can be accessed either from the road of the urbanisation on the upper level or from the lower level, which is on the same level of the beach, where you will find a spacious garage.
Entering from the upper level, the layout is as follows: once you enter through the automatic gate, you will find a terrace of approximately 60 m2 with a carport with space for one car. The entry level of the house contains a welcoming entrance hall, a spacious bedroom with sea views, a dressing room (which could also serve as an individual bedroom), a bathroom, and a store room. There are steps that lead up to the light and airy lounge with amazing views of the sea.
