We access this majestic Andalusian-style villa through a double terrace, surrounded by planters, where on the right side, there is a beautiful fountain next to a chill-out area. At the end of the terrace, there are stairs leading down to the pool area. To the left there is another rectangular terrace.
As we approach the main door, we are greeted by three large windows with wrought iron grilles made in rustic style, which provide a lot of interior light. Once inside the ground floor, we find a vestibule where the stairs and a hall are located. To the right is a spacious and luminous kitchen, from which you have direct access to the living room, which at the same time has an exit to the covered terrace.
From the hall, we access the spacious living-dining room that consists of two well-defined areas: the sitting area with the dining area, and a relaxation area in front of the fireplace. Sliding doors open onto the large covered terrace with spectacular arches, giving the feel of a large Andalusian finca.
From this terrace, you can contemplate the best views of the bay of La Herradura and its famous sunsets, without forgetting the mountain views. From here, wide stairs lead us to the pool area, which has a large relaxation area and lawn around it.
Returning to the entrance hall, on the left, there is a long, bright hallway where there are three bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. The first one is the master bedroom with a dressing room, and the second one is at the end of the corridor, where we also find the third bedroom currently as an office. In the middle of the hallway, we have a family bathroom.
Going up the stairs from the hall, we reach the top floor. Here is the tower consisting of a beautiful room with large arched windows offering spectacular 360º views, and a roof terrace with complete privacy where you can enjoy unique evenings.
On the lowest floor, we find a huge garage with two well-defined areas. A spacious area with a parquet floor where you can perform various recreational activities, such as using it as a dance floor, or a billiards or games room. It also has a large storage room with a window and a kitchen-laundry room. In addition, next to the staircase is the facilities area, from where the temperature of the underfloor heating is controlled.
The second area is intended as guest accommodation, with two bedrooms connected by a corridor and a bathroom in between. The garage has direct access to the garden and pool area.
