About Sascha
Born in Germany and raised in Almuñécar, Sascha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from DHBW Heilbronn. After graduating, he spent 8 years working for Lidl, gaining extensive experience in operations and management across both Germany and Spain. Later, he launched a successful online clothing business in the US market. This entrepreneurial experience, along with his international background, has given him deep understanding of client needs, negotiation, and market dynamics. At Cumbre Villas, Sascha guides our clients through every step of the buying process, ensuring smooth transactions and helping them find their perfect home or investment opportunity on the Costa Tropical.
In his spare time, Sascha finds balance through adventure:
I’m passionate about staying active and connecting with nature. CrossFit keeps me energized and focused, while skiing in the Sierra Nevada is one of my favourite ways to unwind. I also love hiking in the mountains, where I enjoy the serenity of nature and catch the sunrise—one of life’s simple pleasures that never fails to inspire me. When I’m not outdoors, you’ll often find me in the kitchen, trying out new recipes, baking fresh bread, and indulging my love for cooking. These activities bring balance to my life and fuel my passion for both adventure and creativity.
