This spectacular villa with 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite bathrooms and one family bathroom with bathtub) is located in the beautiful Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood, in Salobreña.This urbanization offers two communal swimming pools, a tennis court, a soccer field, a small library and a bar open during the summer season.
In addition to the 4 bedrooms, with capacity for 8 people, there is a sofa bed that allows the stay of two more people, being the total possible guests of 10 people.

Guests of this villa enjoy a private pool and a modern jacuzzi. Especially kids tend to love spending the whole day in the Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area offers a cosy space for small &big groups.

The villa is oriented towards South and enjoys sun during most of the day. There are several sunbeds and parasols, which invite you to enjoy a long sunbath around the private pool area.
Private secured parking, satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi are among the many features, which will make your stay a pleasant and hopefully unforgettable experience.

Guests of the villa have free access to the relatively close-by (about 1,6km) recreational area of the Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood. It is consisting of a large swimming pool for adults, another smaller pool for children. a little playground, a tennis court and a football field. There is also a bar, which opens during the sommer month.
